02Products & Pricing

Product information and prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to change without notice due to stock, exchange rates and supplier pricing.

Firm pricing is confirmed on a formal quotation. All prices are quoted in South African Rand and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

03Quotations & Orders

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. An order is only binding once accepted and confirmed by MUTE IT in writing. We reserve the right to decline any order.

04Payment

Payment terms are as stated on the relevant quotation or invoice. Goods remain the property of MUTE IT until paid for in full.

05Delivery

We deliver nationally within South Africa. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on stock and supplier availability. International deliveries are quoted on request.

06Warranties & Returns

Products carry the applicable manufacturer warranty. Returns are handled in accordance with manufacturer and distributor policies and the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.

07Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUTE IT is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the supply of products and services.

08Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of MUTE IT or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

09Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
